Frequently asked questions
Is BijliPK free to use?
Yes. Checking, viewing and printing your electricity bill on BijliPK is completely free and needs no sign-up.
Where does the bill information come from?
Every bill is fetched live from the official PITC (Power Information Technology Company) bill server — the same source the electricity companies use.
Where do I find my 14-digit reference number?
It is printed at the top-left of every paper bill, usually in three groups such as 07 11526 1234567. If your bill shows a letter (U or R) at the end, you can leave it out.
I lost my bill. Can I still check it?
Yes. Choose “Customer ID” in the bill checker and enter the 10-digit customer ID, or ask your local customer service centre for your reference number.
Can I print or download a duplicate bill?
Yes. Open your bill and tap “Print / Save PDF”. On a phone choose “Save as PDF” in the print screen to keep a copy.
Which electricity companies are supported?
LESCO, MEPCO, FESCO, IESCO, GEPCO, PESCO, HESCO, SEPCO, QESCO and TESCO — every PITC-served company in Pakistan.
Is BijliPK an official WAPDA or DISCO website?
No. BijliPK is an independent service that makes the official bill easier to find, read and print. Payments are made through your bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa or the company itself.
